Returns and exchanges
Alma's Wellness accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in original condition. Teas, lip care, body care, and wellness products cannot be returned once opened or used.
To start a return, contact alma.dervisevic5@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
