I used it at bedtime and slept like a baby
I can’t sleep without this!! Massage it onto your feet before bed and watch how well you sleep. You will feel it absorb and work the first few times if you are deficient in magnesium and applying it topically is the best way to go. I also apply it on sore muscles after a workout and it really helps my DOMS!
